8th Kyu Red belt

NEW ADULT AIKIDO CLASS
Chief Instructor Brian Stockwell is launching his new senior grade (3rd Kyu and above only) adult only class on Saturday 17th September. This will start at 11.45 and is the perfect opportunity for anyone who needs some additional technical input (for example those preparing for Dan grade). Weapons and freestyle will be covered along with basics and grading work.
