Want to start learning aikido?
We welcome beginners at all our classes (adult and junior). We offer 3 free sessions so that you can 'have a go' and then after that you must join our Association in order to get your licence and insurance cover. Click here for details of membership and class costs
Your first lessons will usually include some 1 to 1 instruction from a qualified coach and you will also have the chance to get involved in the main class too.
What to do next
Simply come along to a class of your choice and complete an application form. If you prefer you can print off an application form from the Download section on this web site - complete it and bring it with you.
Wear something loose and comfortable (tracksuit bottoms and T shirt are usually fine).
